    Having been established in Southbourne for over 25 years, our Southbourne Office has a prominent high street location and is just a short walk to the cliff top with the stunning beaches below, and is supported by our network of 17 offices including the nearby Bournemouth town centre branch.

    The office is overseen by Rex Craven, the Residential Director who has over 45 years experience within the area, and Neil Betts the Associate Director who himself has worked for Goadsby for over 30 years. Rex and Neil and the team pride themselves on providing excellent customer service, and the use of state of the art technology means we provide buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with a complete property service.     Rex Craven - Senior Director
    Born in Yorkshire, Rex worked for an estate agent in Devon for 3 years after leaving university, before joining Goadsby in 1973. After seeing the company grow from 3 residential offices to its current number of 19 and managing a number himself, he was appointed a Residential Director in 1995 and a few years later a Holdings Board Director. Rex currently oversees our offices in Bournemouth and Southbourne. Rex is a keen gardener and an AFC Bournemouth season ticket holder.

    Neil Betts - Associate Director
    Neil joined Goadsby straight from school at our original town centre office then moved to the Southbourne office in the mid 1990's where he progressed to branch manager. He went on to open our Westbourne Office in 2003, before returning to Southbourne in 2008. Neil prides himself on great customer service and excellent local knowledge. Neil is married with 2 children and enjoys watching football.

    Adam Carter - Lettings Divisonal Director
    Adam joined Goadsby in 2013 after completing a degree in Graphic Design at the Arts University in Bournemouth and was very quickly recognised for his drive and professionalism. He started as a trainee negotiator in Southbourne and has progressed through to his current role as Associate Director overseeing the Lettings departments in the Southbourne & Bournemouth Offices.In his spare time Adam enjoys training at the local gym as well as spending time walking with his wife across the beautiful landscape in which we are lucky to live
