      When we decided to sell our house, we were thinking maybe it would be better to go with a larger estate agent with multiple branches as they would have more reach and experience. We could not have been anymore wrong on this.

      We had three estate agents visit to value our property, one of them did not communicate with us and had us signing paperwork we didn't really understand.. another from a larger corporate agency and it was quite apparent it would not always be that individual dealing with our house sale and could be a number of different staff members.       Joe dealt with everything, he took time to fully explain everything to us, and was always available to answer any questions we had no matter how daft they were.

      Joe went way above our expectations on what a estate agent does, he even advised and supported us in buying our next home even though this was being sold by another estate agent. 

      To top this all off he even managed to get above asking price when selling our house, there is no doubt this was because of him and I very much doubt any other estate agent would have managed to do this for us.

      We cannot thank Joe enough for everything he did, he was true to everything and more he said when we first met him.
